AFL Off-Season Training Program Improvements

Updated: Nov 23, 2023

Last year's AFL Off-Season Training Program was unreal... But I want to continue to make it better! Here are a couple things I've added (without increasing the price)

  1. Nutrition

  2. AFL Game Sense

  3. Improved personalisation

Keep scrolling to see how it will benefit you....

1) Nutrition While nutrition was covered in the last intake, I have now brought on Port Adelaide's Nutritionist to help out...

Emily is a legend and will help you:

  • Gain, maintain or lose weight to get your ideal athletic body, without sacrificing the beers.

  • Best fuel for performance and recovery so you don't waste a gym/training session.

  • Educate you on supplement usage to get an edge without overspending on stupid products.

  • Provide tips and tricks for healthy eating around your busy schedule.

  • Plus much more....

2) AFL Game Sense St. Kilda's Senior Opposition Analyst has jumped on board to help you:

  • Get more touches by working smarter, not harder

  • Win the contest and not get beaten by your opponent

  • Improve your footy IQ to be more valuable to your team. Below are some insights he provided on how mids can benefit when owning the outside of the stoppage - make sure you have the volume up on the 2nd clip.

3) Improved personalisation Weekly check-ins have improved to provide more efficient communication... This means better customisation of your program... And it saves you more time to enjoy the other things in your life.
